JUICE 1 breakfast: This juice is tailored to kick-start the digestive system, its primarily vegetable based, very low in sugar and very alkaline.

Benefits: detoxifying, alkaline, anti-inflammatory, boosts the immune system

JUICE 2 snack: This juice is a little heartier and has a higher caloric value with all of the root vegetables. Beets are amazing blood cleansers and purifiers and they help with blood flow.

Benefits: blood cleanser, anti-inflammatory, boosts immunity, intestinal health, improves circulation

JUICE 3 lunch: This is the second green juice of the day. As with the first green juice, it is very alkaline, however this green juice is it is a little lighter and refreshing. Aloe vera inner fillet is added to this juice, to help increase a healthy digestive system and encourage the elimination of toxins.

Benefits: aids in a healthy digestion, aids in bloating, constipation, ulcers, reduces inflammation, skin health

JUICE 4 snack: This juice with its high level of citrus, aims to stimulate the liver (detox organ), has antioxidant and cancer fighting properties and aids in managing high blood pressure, indigestion and constipation. In addition it is rich in vitamin C and therefore is another great juice for boosting the immune system.

JUICE 5 dinner: This juice has a naturally sweet flavor profile, and with its higher caloric value, is a heartier juice for dinner-time. The cinnamon helps balance blood sugar levels and has been proven good for boosting your metabolism, while the carrots and yam are rich in beta-carotene.

JUICE 6 snackThis cashew/almond milk blend is delicious and creamy. It contains a higher amount of protein, which will help carry you through the night. The nuts are soaked for a minimum of 8 hours, which helps break down the phytic acid so it can be absorbed properly. Soaking also helps for proper digestion of nuts. The dates & vanilla add a hint of natural sweetness.

GINGER SHOT : Kick start your immune system with this spicy little ninja! Add it to any juice for an extra ginger kick or shoot it with an orange slice chaser!

CHIA SEEDS : Great source of fiber and omega-3's.  Add these to any of the juices during your cleanse, let them soak for 10 minutes and then consume.  They will thicken up your juice and give you a little protein boost! We recommend adding them to the nut mylk as an end of the day treat.
